The double diamond design model is a framework used in design thinking, consisting of four phases represented by two diamonds. The first diamond represents the discovery phase, where designers seek to understand the problem and user needs, while the second diamond represents the development phase, where designers generate ideas, prototype, and test solutions.
We used the double-diamond approach to tackle this project and focused on utilising both divergent and convergent thinking in the development process whilst making iterative improvements on our product.
